Founder & CEO
Having a vast experience over 15 plus years across Finance, Real Estate and Brand Management she has always been passionate about the latter, and has decided to dedicate her experience in exchanging Knowledge between various sectors, to build communities which enhance development enabling business and more over value for all. She has worked with the best in the industry to the likes of latest being Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd. Prior to which she had a stint of about 12 years plus with banks and NBFC's like Standard Chartered,HSBC,Deutsche,ING,Dawnay Day AV Financial Services & ICICI Securities.
Her domain Expertise lies in managing Investments for the Ultra -HNI Clientale and structural deals. She also had opportunities in her career to Spear head large teams, manage businesses across verticals and lately Brands & Marketing to a large extent. She also spear headed deal originations and Investor Relations for a boutique Investment Banking Firm. She has always been result oriented and driven businesses from the front,which has enabled her to set up this concept as a business venture.
Academics : Madhushree is a graduate from Mumbai University, with Diploma in Financial & Marketing Management from Wellingker’s Institute of Management & Research and carrying several Banking Certifications.
She has passion for different forms of art and loves to network and travel.

He is an institution builder, work is his passion and focus is on relentless execution. He has over four decades of comprehensive experience in Global Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Supply Chain Management & Talent Acquisition. Having worked in the top management of esteemed companies like Alliance Tire Group(an MNC), Ceat Limited, Balakrishna Industries and Phillips Carbon Black Limited, SRF,Proctor & Gamble etc. Mr Dutta brings his global expertise,networks and acumen, to form a strong foundation at the advisory board. He is also currently associated with several reputed Indian & Overseas consulting organizations as an ‘EXPERT’ and engaged in consultations with their clients across the Globe.
Academics : He has done General Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. He has also attended several short term Management courses with IIM-Ahmedabad, IIM-Bangalore, MDI, on leadership, Human Resources, Marketing etc.
Girish.S.Watwe

During 1984-85 he attended courts in Mumbai & is a former member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa. He has been in full time C.A. practice since June 1988.
During the course of his practice he has gained experience and expertise in Auditing, management & Income Tax consultancy, financial planning, corporate tax planning & legal as well as administrative aspects of management, drafting & vetting of agreements etc. Has experience in handling Income Tax matters at all levels, including search & seizure [raid] cases.
Academics : He did his law degree from the Government Law College, Bombay; topping Bombay University in Income Tax law in 1980 [Awarded A.D.Shroff Endowment prize].

Ravindra has been doing a range of work in statutory as well as tax audits of various Pvt. Ltd. companies & other organizations. Internal audits of Pvt. as well as public companies & public charitable trusts. Project reports (mainly for loan applications) with Banks.
Academics : He is a certified Chartered Accountant with over 29 years of experience in Income Tax practice, company law procedures & compliances, Internal audits, Statutory audits, management audits, Tax audits, Project Reports for loan applications, & financial analysis.
